Calm and quiet, spacious and comfortable room, large pool, access to Sheraton facilities, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge range of options every day. The location was very close to the beach, and I had access to many pools. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. Additionally, I had no trouble finding parking and transportation was easy to access.

Spent Christmas at a luxurious hotel with beautiful pools and spacious rooms overlooking the ocean. Breakfast selection and staff were great! We enjoyed the late check-out and the free upgrade to a room with a sea view.

Not all staff members spoke English, which could be challenging for some. The water in the pool was too cold for swimming, and swimming in the sea was prohibited.

We had a luxurious and wonderful stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities such as the spa, wellness centre, and outdoor swimming pool were all exceptional. the beach access was just what we needed to relax and indulge. the treatment room was immaculate and the beauty treatment we received was fantastic. the private facilities provided a truly exclusive experience. the location advantages were impressive with the amazing views and extraordinary sun terrace and garden area.

While our experience was mostly positive, we did encounter one minor issue. the live entertainment was not as impressive as we were hoping for.

My recent trip to a new hotel near the beach was perfect. the location was extremely close to the beach and I was able to relax under the sun. My room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the ocean. the bathroom was clean and well-appointed. the staff provided excellent service and made sure my stay was enjoyable, including a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. the facilities were well-maintained and I enjoyed the pool and the gardens with private seating.

Some other aspects of the hotel could use improvement, particularly the shuttle service that was unable to collect me from the airport.

The hotel had a lack of shaded areas around the pool. the room service was slow on a few occasions.
